I am currently studying towards my MA in Politics & Contemporary History at King's College London having previously attained my BA in History from the University of Southampton. I have always found myself fascinated by History and more recently Politics and it is only through language that both can be fully appreciated. I completed my teaching certification with a CELTA and have a real passion for the written language in these subjects as well as English Literature. I am an avid reader always looking to develop my own literary awareness, skills and vocabulary and in my spare time I love football (I am also a qualified referee), travelling (I've lived in both France and Canada in recent years) and cooking!
