To find out more about what my students really need, I used to have a casual conversation with my students during the first lesson. I do believe that most students have the potential to achieve good grades in Math and Physics. I always help them tackle problems in an effective and systematic way and build confidence in the topics. The logical and analytical skills they learnt by studying the subjects and the sense of processing numbers and formula will then become their life long asset.
My Maths and Physics lessons is exam-oriented. Usually, I will discuss with students on which topic my student would like to improve most and then prepare drills and mock questions for my student to practice.
I will also walk through important concepts of the selected topics with the students and demonstrate how and when to apply them to the questions.
By the way, I would highly recommend students to take at least 2 lessons per week to make the learning process more effective.
